Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project budgets aligned with scope, schedule, and resource planning
• Monitor and report actual costs, commitments, and forecasts across projects
• Perform variance analysis and root cause investigations for cost deviations
• Prepare and deliver cost reports, dashboards, and cash flow projections
• Support cost estimating and financial planning activities
• Manage and track change control impacts on project costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, PMO, Construction, CQV, and Procurement
• Participate in project reviews, funding approvals, and governance processes
• Ensure compliance with GMP standards, CAPEX policies, and audit requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in cost control, project controls, or cost engineering
• Experience supporting capital projects (CAPEX) within engineering or construction environments
• Proficiency in tools such as SAP, Primavera, or MS Project
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting
• Experience in GMP-regulated industries (pharma, biotech, medical device) preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Experience working within PMO or portfolio-level environments
• Knowledge of project governance and stage-gate processes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in fast-paced environments
• Experience supporting audits and compliance activities
