We are seeking a Human Resources Intern/COOP Student to proactively supports recruitment & employee relations. In this role you will be responsible to assist the HR Department in the delivery of high quality professional and executive level candidates by utilizing strategic sourcing methodologies, business intelligence, internal and external networks, professional organizations, branding initiatives, and technology tools in support of strategic business objectives and in partnership with Hiring managers.
Bachelor in progress (4th year or more) Business Administration (Human Resources major is a plus).
Candidate should have strong analytical skills, demonstrated interpersonal skills, and competence working both individually and as a team member.
Candidate should demonstrate the ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and work with highly confidential information.
Experience using information systems is a plus.
